I am extremely frustrated and outraged at the way Bajaj Finserv has unethically converted my OD account into a Personal Loan and has been deducting ₹700 per month in hidden charges despite my clear agreement that no fees would be applied unless I used the OD amount.
My OD account (No: P400PSA[protected] has been fraudulently converted into a Personal Loan account without my consent, and I am being charged heavily every month despite not using a single rupee from it.
Key Issues:
✔ Fraudulent Account Conversion: My OD account was converted into a Personal Loan without my consent.
✔ Hidden Charges & Unjustified Deductions: ₹700 per month deducted despite no usage. What "maintenance" are you even doing?
✔ Complete Lack of Response: Despite multiple emails and official complaints to RBI, Consumer Affairs, and NCH, I have received ZERO RESPONSE.
✔ Non-Functional App & No Customer Support: Your app doesn’t work properly, I cannot chat with your support, and as I am currently in the USA for work, I cannot call your India helpline.
IMMEDIATE ACTION REQUIRED:
1️⃣ Close my OD/Personal Loan account immediately
2️⃣ Refund all the unjustified charges deducted so far
