[Resolved]  Bajaj Finserv — wrong reporting to cibil

Dear concern,

This mail is with reference to complaint about bajaj finserv, i had applied for the personal loan with hdfc bank however which got rejected due to some false reporting to cibil by bajaj finserv stating that i had taken two 2 wheeler loan with bajaj finsev however i had never taken any 2 wheeler loans from bajaj finserv ever in my life and in fact never taken any 2 wheeler loan in the last 10 years.

I had raised the concern with bajaj finsev to investigate the matter and requested them to look into the matter on 21st october'17 (Have proof of the mail sent) however there was no response from their team and waited silently but there have been no revert from their team.

Again i wrote back to them asking the status of complaint raised then i got a revert from them to share my pan card scanned copy along with cibil report over the mail which was shared with them on 27th october'17 and since then i have been asking them to share the status but they aren't responding at all.

I am not sure how to get revert from them and it's a complete financial and credibility loss for me.

They are highly irresponsible and i am not sure how to get the things rectified. Have raised the dispute with cibil however this issue can only be resolved once bajaj finserv will share the necessary details with cibil.

You are the last hope in getting it done and your help will be much appreciated.
