I was promised that this card is free.
But now they are charging annual inactive fee of rs. 117/-.

deactivate my bajaj finserv emi card

Please deactivate my bajaj finserv emi card. I am not using it. I don't have any pending transaction to date.
An annual inactive fee of rs 117 will be collected as on 23rd nov 2017, as i have received the sms stating the same, which i will not agree.

Please check why my emi card is blocked. My payment is not irregular or bounce more than one. Bajaj finserv recover his interest rate as bounce charge or late payment. I already paid my emi but bajaj finserv can't clear in bank than emi bounce and apply charge. I dont know why bajaj finserv give fix date for emi when bajaj finserv clear cheque any time in month after emi date lapsed....

I am so frustrated with this company and i have every discussion record...

harassment regarding credit card

Bajaj finserv credit card dept. Gave me a offer for gold card free of cost and annual charges but it was upgraded to platinum and charge will rs 999/ year. It was done without my permission and i sent a email on[protected] to cancel my request. I again received a message on[protected] and it was mentioned that your service query has been successfully closed
