It has been only 2 months i bought this bike and sometimes during mornings like 10am... The bike doesn't starts using self start.. Than i need to push the bike and start it... It happened with me first when i didn't use the bike for 1day.. And at morning around 10am when i tried to start my bike it was not starting i tried the self start button for more than 5 times... Still it didnt helped me so i push started it than after riding it for more than 20 mins it became normal...
Again when i kept d bike idle for 3days... I could not start it... Than after clicking self start for more than 15 times the battery got discharged even the horn was not working.... So that time also i push started it and after riding for 30mins or more everything became fine and normal

What's wrong with my new pulsar 220f whats the problem behind the self start failure with a brand new bike

    Pls find enclosed all the mails, that i have been exchanging with your efficient team since months and best part is that now things are bad to worst.

    I am writing to you hoping that some amicable solution will come.

    Below are the issues that i am facing and its been three months i am running pillar to post.

    • on 3rd oct 2017 my cibil was 784, which is now 747, copy of mail attached for your reference.

    • all of a sudden i get an email on 16th oct 2017 that my card is blocked due to low cibil, mail attached for your reference.

    • also my limit has been decreased to 150000/- from 3 lacs, don’t know for what reason.

    • again on 1st nov 2017 my limit was revised to 185000 however my card is not working anywhere.

    • all this mess has been done by the so called efficient team of bajaj finserv in q2 & q3, by not banking my emis andreporting it to cibil.

      I have taken personal loan from bajaj 3 months back.

      I have submitted the mandate form to auto deduct emi from my savings account. But as of now from last 3 months that did not happen, and they are forcing me to pay emi manually with over due charges.
      Why i have to make the payment manually every month?
      Why do i need to pay overdue charges every month?
      When i send a email to the concerned person who processed my loan, there is no proper response, simply saying send mail to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in. When i send a email to customer support also there is no response. They are threatening me that my cibil score will effect if i dont pay emi manually with whatever the overdue charges they are charging. I never seen such kind of idiotic service from any other financial firms or banks.

          Dear bajaj finserv,
          First of all i thank you for making my wish come true. I purchased a sony 32' led tv from reliance digital also i availed an extended warranty (Bajaj finserv emi).
          A few of my emi bounced due to the delay in my salary credit and were paid manually to the agent. I closed my loan after a tenure of nine months. I was relaxed until a few months back i received a legal notice from bajaj finserv to pay an amount of 20, 000 rupees. Thinking that as a mistake, i tried to contact the undersigned person, he said that we have not collected the vas amount from you, please visit the nearest bajaj finserv office and pay the amount nearly 1200 rupees and the issue will be resolved.
          I also wrote to [protected]@bajajfinserv but their reply was that due to the bouncing charges you will have to pay the penal amount which is now around 28, 000 rupees. My principal pending is 528 rupees which i am unable to pay due to lack of payment options.

          It's not my fault that you haven't collected the vas amount by your agent at the time my emi's were bounced.

          My loan number is 4980vs07911504. Please look into the matter and resolve it as early as possible.

            I have applied for elite card on september 9, 2017 and made payment of rs. 4, 777/- on the same day.

            And the person (Santosh patil) who called me and told i am sending a link, that link will be valid for 1/2 an hour only, you need to pay within that period.

            And also, he told me that after your payment done my personal detail will be sent to you on your email id (My mobile number, email id etc.), after payment i have just receipt the name of that person and just the reference no. (Detail attached), and said within 21 days you will receive the card or you will receive your money back.

            Now, almost 2 months, i do not receive the card or not an any information for the card, apart from this i want my money back.

            I do not expect services from the bajaj finserv, earlier i used bajaj emi card and also taken personal loan from the bajaj finserv.

            I do not require this card anymore, i want my money back now.

            i have sent many mail and registered on portal nobody replay or inform me. i have using other services from Bajaj Finserv with these services i don't have any issue.

            Now, i have already written the in mail many time that i do not require the Credit Card from Bajaj Finserv, i just my money back in my account as soon as possible.

            No one contacted me till now.
            I received call from BajajFin on November 9, 2017 from this number [protected] around 11.00 a.m.

            The person me about the details of already written and told him to refund the amount which i have paid, details already given.

            He ensure that somebody will contact you within two days and your amount will be refund within a week.

            But, till now i have not receive any mail or information, again request you to please refund the amount.

              I have paid online rs.4777/- on 25/09/2017 for bajaj elite card and it has been assured by the executive sh. Chetan varute that bajaj elite card will be delivered to my residence within 21 days from the date i have paid the above said amount. But til date i haven't received my card though i have complained so many time. Moreover whenever i have tried to contact bajaj finserv they give me a toll free no. [protected] which is of no use since no one is available in this number.

                I received an email regarding personal loan after apply that i got call from mr rajesh sihna (Mob no +[protected] bajaj sales representative)
                I submitted all required documents than i got sanction letter for 400000 on mail (Attached bellow).
                Than he said u hav to pay 5% processing fees as per mentioned in section letter rs23600 he send pl exicative for collet amt after paying that amt he send me recipt of this amt (Attached bellow)... He said in 4hour after paying possessing fees you will receive loan amtin your a/c.. But i not yet reviewed loan amt from last 10 days i am trying to call those guys but no one is answering my call.
                Before that they called me more than 100 times in a day.

                    I took two months to pay my last two emi so the manager who called me nd spoke harshly in a indecent way blackmailed n threatened me nd he told if i don’t pay in a day he vl take back the product n keep with him until i pay the remaining two emi... I requested him to gv time he said he vl send ppl to my home n do watvr he wants itseems.. Not only tht he said i[censored] don’t ve money y the hell r u taking loan frm us... If i had money y vl i take loan??? Won’t i gv full cash n take the product?? I was paying every month properly last two months had personal issues so i took time to pay... If v take loan frm them v r not der slaves to talk watvr thy want... Frm starting to end of the conversation with him he was in a unprofessional way n insulted till the end of the call i want him to apologise for the way he communicated plz take some action against such managers his name is dhanraj rai not sure whether he lied his name or not itz in mangalore karnataka

                    No use of posting a complaint here just wasted my time in posting here...thought I wud get any kind of response atleast for the sake of posting...vl check Wat is the nxt level n vl go further I’vl not leave it so easily until I get answer for my complaint

                      Date of incident : 4th nov 2017
                      I am keshaw dewangan.

                      I got call from vaani (Bajaj represenative) working under pranav kesari (Sales representative).

                      They promised for processing fee (0.5 %), stamp duty (1000).
                      But i received message from bajaj that stamp duty is 2000 will be deducted, even 1000 was mentioned in agreement.

                      Now about amc - they said there is no amc and agreement is not upto date so they provided in written in letter pad all the details.

                      They said that after accepting the agreement ip will be generated and we will update the agreement and will send to you.

                      From last 2 days i am trying to call those guys but no one is answering my call.

                      Before that they called me more than 100 times in a day.
                      I haven't received my money and experia account is saying that first emi is pending.

I had completed 10 emis out of 14 of my previous loan but I come know that my emi card was blocked with out any prior notice. I find out this while i try to apply for next loan. Could you plz able to tell me what is reason was the card blocked. and what can i do for reactive my card again.

                              Sir, i am eluri venkat narayana business man from guntur city, krishna nagar,, i visited brodipeta b new mobiles private limited show room... We choose samsung c7 phone 25000 worth... Shop manager introduced to ur bajaj finserv exicutive mr. Ravi to get finance to c7 mobile.. Mr. Ravi bajaj finserv exicutive mis behaved with us.. No respect in reciving, no responcibility in dutys... He mis behaves with all the customers also, irritating on custmers with negligency mode... Due to his mis-behavier and bad language we did not intrest to take c7 cell finance.. We advise to him that this is not correct way of recieving.. But no change his nature then... We went back even already got sanctioned amount from bajaj to get finance 42858 rupess... Bajaj is very credible organisation but due to that type of employees mr.                                 On 27th march 2017 i got a call from bajaj
                                Finserv, they told about digital lounge features. As i am an existing bajaj customer i felt if i take this digital lounge that will increase my limit and alos i will get many more other benefits with it. They promised me 25k worth gift coupons if i pay them 3999/- for digital lounge. I have done it. But till day i dint get any digital lounge benefits or gift coupons. Bajaj finserv cheated me.. The guy who called me, his name is chetan varute. I mailed him abt this several times but no thank response.

                                    I am very disappointed and saddened with Bajaj Finance lending experience. I have applied for a top up personal loan for the amount 4, 70, 000Rs on 11th Oct after receiving the call from Bajaj executive about my eligibility and my loan got processed and approved on 13th Oct.my account statement and repayment schedule got generated on the same day.But i did not receive the funds in my account till date but the EMI amount got deducted from my account.
                                    I tried caling area sales representative but failed to get any resolution till date.
                                    My Loan account No is 404SPL54498245, Plz help.

                                      My Bajaj Finserv consumer id is 8112818. I am a genuine and an existing customer of bajaj finserv for past 7 years and hold a gold emi card ending with 1679. I received an email regarding bajaj elite card. As per the instructions i have paid Rs.4777 on 24th Aug 17(txn id 619083). In return I received transaction successful message. Since then I have neither received any call nor any message nor any email regarding the status of elite EMI card. I have been continuously trying to contact Bajaj Finserv digital lounge customer care to no avail. On connecting no one answers the call even after waiting for more than an hour. The company has not resolved my complaint even after mailing to [protected]@bajajfinserv.in on 11 Oct 17 (SRN[protected]. The service of the customer care is putrid and not present at all. I'm dissatisfied, frustrated, angry and taken aback by the quality of service of by Bajaj Finserv.
                                      This is my humble request to you to either refund the amount or to issue the card at the earliest. Please ensure that you are taking right decision as soon as possible.

                                      It's been a week since I last received a call from Bajaj Finserv executive telling me that my refund is being processed and my account will be credited in a week. Yet, after a week, I still have not got the refund. I guess there's no other option left other than the COURT. See you there BAJAJ FINSERV!

                                      I'm yet to receive the refund even after commitment by Bajaj Finserv executive of processing the same within a week on 7 Nov. They are just fooling and looting people. Everyone be careful of this fraud by Bajaj. I have lost all the respect I once had for the company. Worst customer service ever.

                                      I have received 3 calls in past 2 days and everytime I had to explain that I want to cancel this card and want a refund. Still, my request for cancellation has nit been processed, as am given the same answer let me check and come back. I don't know how many days it takes to process a simple cancellation and refund for such a reputed company as Bajaj Finserv. Will anyone who can really do something about this contact me?
