Bajaj Finserv — Wrongly debited my bank account for the product which was cancelled on flipkart | |||||
Hello, We have accidentally purchased a product of sennheiser headphones on flipkart on 12th july, we were trying out the steps of how to buy with bajaj emi card, however the product got confirmed. But we have cancelled it immediately once i got confirmed. Later bajaj finserv started the emi process and started debiting my hdfc bank account with 1667rs for 3 months starting from 2nd sep, 2nd oct and 2nd nov-2016. I have emailed them multiple times on [protected]@bajajfinserv.in, they have initially told me that they will take care of it after oct 10th 2016 and wanted me to continue the payments in order to avoid bounce charges. To my surprise i have emailed them afterwards and found no reply for the concern. Please help me in this regard and please see i should get my money back. Was this information helpful? | |||||
