Bajaj Food Processor — Fx9/ leak of liquid jar

I have purchased fx9 food processor on 8th march 16, but i m not satisfied with quality so poor quality only used 5times and product is in leak position...there a crack on the blade rotating side..i have done complaint on customer care but they told the jar would not be replaced.kindly replace the product so that i can trust on the company product..

Bajaj Electricals — Bajaj Shakti 25Ltr Storage Gyser

25 Ltr Bajaj Storage Gyser is not working. It is developing vacuum and hence not taking in cold water. let me have the Service Centre Address in Bangalore so I can take it there to get it fixed.

Dear Sir

Please be informed that we bought above product from Big Bazaar, Sarai Kwaja Mathura Road, Faridabad (Haryana) on 24th JAN 16 against invice no. 0011627. The seal packed items were opened in presence of Bajaj technician for performing demonstration of the appliance functions.

Since beginning its Dough Kneader attachment was not functioning well however it was told to us that after few days of regular usage all parts shall role smooth. Since it was regularly troubling us we approached customer care no[protected] and lodged request w.r.t. complaint no. 9613015 dated 18.04.16. Even after various reminders at your customer care help line no one attended the grievance however we were regularly getting the SMS after our calls that the matter has been resolved.

Subsequently second complaint was registered by us on 01.05.16 with no. 9388740.

They gave us following nos to contact :-

 Work shop no [protected] – They asked us to talk at mobile no. [protected]
 The above cell no. provided was of Area Manager who upon contacting said that he is based at Chandigarh and can not help in the matter.
 On frequently contacting to your customer help line and work shop nos they sent a technician Mr Shankar on 10.05.16.
 To our surprise Mr Shankar revealed that the appliance belt is not proper functioning and needs to be replaced. A charge of Rs 283 has to be borne by us since parts are not covered under warranty. He took the belt assuring that the same would be replaced in a day or two. Since then we have been chasing on his mobile no [protected] and he did not turned up till today afternoon mentioning some or the other excuses.

We protest such deeds and request to replace the unit since it is defective piece supplied by your esteemed organisation. It is appliance’s internal part which did not got damaged due to any accident or mishandlings or tampering however manual intervention was by your authorised technician only.

I keep high value for Bajaj brand thus thus quite sure that company will maintain their high standards and provide me sound unit as replacement ASAP.

An instant action and line of confirmation shall be obligatory.

Bajaj Majestic geyser stopped working

I bought a bajaj majestic 25ltr geyser around three months back. It worked fine till last week.But now it stopped working. The LED's are not even turning on.
