Bajaj Motors — Petrol leakage from petrol tank in bajaj platina 100cc bike

Dear all,

There is serious issue of safety while riding my bike (Platina dl9sak8607) as petrol is leaking continuously from petrol tank which can catch fire and chances of bursting of petrol tank taking my and co-rider life which i suppose is a very critical safety issue. My bike not met with any accident and i am regularly doing servicing of my bike. However, the petrol leakage problem still comes. I am not getting the reason behind petrol tank leakage as this type of problem, i came up with first time in my life as i have used yamaha & hero honda manufactured brand bikes earlier and did not face any issues at all. Bajaj product quality is pathetic as not even my petrol tank is leaking my bike silencer also got rusted in few years and in a very bad condition. I request you to kindly take note of above issues and please replace my petrol tank & silencer mounting free of cost as i have faced serious safety problem while riding the bike and there is concern of safety to me, co-rider & bike because of this.

Kindly replace my bike petrol tank & silencer mounting foc, as this is due to bad product quality from bajaj motors.

Requesting to replace above parts asap, otherwise i am free to take legal actions against bajaj motors for this.

After writing this mail...

I have talked with dewan motors dealer g. M mr. Surender ([protected]) regarding the same below issue.

He is not ready to admit the issue, moreover he is saying that i can go anywhere to launch a complaint against dealer & bajaj motors.

Kindly give me a revert back on this, as this issue is critical covering safety concern.

I am waiting for a positive action from your side asap.
