Hi,
I was bought the bike almost 8 months before but still i am facing below mentioned problems. I am explained the issues to showroom every time but they not clearing my vehicle kilo meter conditions was very worst.
1. Show room additionally charged 1000+ amounts during the bike purchase. So i have asked the prize details to showroom on nextday. They are waiting almost 2 hours after that showroom informed like (Sorry we have additionally charged we will refund your money so please give mr your bank details) me also provided all the bank details to showroom but till now money not transferred. I visited showroom many times every time they are telling come tomorrow (Treating like begger). Is there any way to get my valuable money.
2. Kilo meter problem.
My new bike getting just 50 kilo meter and same has beeb informed to show room during the first service but they it will increase on upcoming days but now no improvement after service the bike.
During the second service i have explained the same to showroom but they told it will clear this service but no improvement till now
Today i have visit the third and final service now kilo meter below 45 so please clear this issue otherwise i will go for another better way because i feel very bad and my warranty was closed today
3. Gear shifting problem
When i change the gear automatically moving to nuture its very dangerous to drive bike at traffic place.
Example: moving 4 th gear to 3rd gear goes to neture again kick the gear rod forcely to go 3rd gear. (Now bike acting like car gear option) so kindly fix this issue. This also explained last service as well but no use.
I want all my money back. I will buy my vehicle from somewhere else instead preferably. If my issue isn't resolved, i will file a lawsuit against both the agency and bajaj company itself for fraud and mental harassment.
