Bally Municipality — removal of dogs from their society

I'm a resident of vishnu vatika in belur, howrah.
There were about a few dogs in out society but people have been complaining about them biting them and even though there is no proof but the municipal corporation people have removed the dog leaving behind 2 pups without their mother. Is this some kind of justice? No dog would do anything until provoked.
Let me tell you all those stupid madwadi people and their kids they know nothing other than themselves thay were the ones who youd to throw stones at them and anyone would retaliate. If any erson throws stone on any other erson let me be clear enough no one is the follower of ahimsa. Everyone is just some cruel insolent person
