Bandhan Bank — regarding ecs bouncing charges

I am Mr.Bijan Sen account holder in bandhan bank kancharapara. My account no is [protected].I deposited cash on 2/5/2018 Rs 4800/- on my account at 10.13 a.m. S.M.S Shown my mobile no [protected] account balance Rs 4949/- at 10.14 a.m. Rs 3073/- debited from my account for E.C.S/ACH UMRNBDBL[protected] of INR 3073 and my account balance show Rs 1876.00 at 10.18a.m.AgainRs 3073 credited my account and my account balance show Rs 4949.Rs 236 duducted from my account at 10.19 a.m. My account balance Rs 4049 at 10.14 a.m on 2/5/2018 why E.C.S Rs 3073 is bounce for insufficient balance and why Rs 236 deducted from my account please clarify and refund my money otherwise I going to consuer foroum and media also for financial loss for my image.Already I submited complain letter against this in kanchara para.
