Bangalore Auto Rickshaw — Bangalore Auto Rickshaw - forcefully taken Rs 1000

Dear Sir/Madam, this is Animesh Mahata. I today I have taken an auto (KA51A7888) from HDFC bank Old Airport Road Branch. The auto driver forcefully taken Rs 1000 from me and left me in a deserted place in old airport road. No driving license was displayed in the auto. Also the driver was drunk. The driver was white skinned unsaved with short hair. Need assistance on priority. I have included details below. So please let me know how i should proceed.
