Sub: Appl No 033944 for 50x 80 site.vide Regn No 015119 dated 19.12.2002. Even in two lists of 4.11.2016 and 10.11.2016 my refund is not found. Kindly update the status position. When contacted Finance department it is updating as Canara bank problem. I have got the challan by post for payment of property tax for 2016-17. However there is no information on where and how to pay the tax in the challan or on BDA website. There is no list of designated banks available anywhere. No information if Bangalore One has this facility. Why not provide required visible information to general public?

Non-availability of online tax payment facility. Also, the challans use to come to the address with four copies which also not receiving from last three years. BDA property tax payment leads to use of a paid leave from office.

I had applied Bda EWS site but I often visited BDA Office to find the status of refund every time I go they are nt letting me to kw the status why I hv not got refund yet
