[Resolved]  Bangalore Electricity Supply Company Limited [BESCOM] — Bescom payment failed

I made the Bescom bill payment on 5th November, 2021 (Friday), the money got debited from my ICICI bank account but the payment failed at Bescom portal end. The link i used for payment is; https://www.bescom.co.in/SCP/MyAccount/QuickPayment.aspx
Please resolve this issue by refunding the amount or by updating the payment against my account.
