So i paid again from bescom app. But my money was not refunded to my icici account. RK Apt. Block 10 regular problem with transformer...it bursts and then no power...please look for proper maintenance and street light is not there in 3rd cross. For safety purpose street light in 3rd cross RK 10b needs to b installed.
