Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation — card lost while travelling | |||||
Sir, i’m nagesh speaking. I am a daily traveller in metro. On 2-11-17, at 6:40pm, while i was travelling from vivekananda rd metro to m. K. K rd metro station via majestic (Kempegowda metro), i could not swipe smartcard at mkk rd station and come out, as card is lost. The details are smartcard number is [protected] (Stored value ticket (Brand name : varshik) and the amount remaining in card is rs.950 (Approx). I have given a written complaint at m. K. K rd metro station (Grievance no.8353)& thro' online also (Comp. No #23157). The card is blocked. But the amount is not transferred to another fresh card, with a nominal charge on customer, so that it provides better service to metrorail customers and bringing credit to bmrcl. Now i have purchased another smartcard bearing number [protected] on 2/11/2017 at m. K. K road station (Green line station) at 6:45 pm. i have lost my card this morning. is there a way to get duplicate with the balance restored? i know my card number - it there on namma metro app as well9which i installed just today morning before i lost the card)

I have lost my metro varshik card this day morning, and it was recharged by some amount via online, and I have the engraved I'd with me, also I have registered in normal metro login portal . It's reflecting my engraved id. I need help in this incident, kindly consider this query and do the needful,
