I am traveling in bmtc volvo vehicle number ka01fa1817 from. Ramurtinagar to new horizon college on 12 apr 2019 time 12:00:25. When i check the ac vent i'm just getting normal air.. When i ask conductor he says ac is on so only you are able to be or else you get hot air blowen. We pay double the normal bus charges to listen these reasons.
