Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation [BMTC] — refund request for cancelled qr ticket 120 deducted on[protected]

Dear BMTC Customer Support,

I am writing to formally request a refund for a QR ticket I booked for travel from Krishnarajapura to Magadi Road on[protected]. I cancelled the ticket twice, and a total of ₹120 was deducted from my account. However, I have not yet received the refund.

Despite multiple attempts to escalate the issue via phone, I have not received any response. I kindly request that the refund amount be credited back to the original payment source linked to the number [protected], from which the amount was deducted.

Please consider this email as an official refund request. Your prompt assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.
