Today i was travelling by bmtc bus from veerasandra to chandapura. When i produced my aadhaar card for getting my concession eligible for senior citizens the conductor denied it. Moreover he behaved in a rude manner. The details of my bus ticket is furnished below T. No 123. 600ca/1 [protected] time 17:06:54 Electronic city to chandapura ka01fa1600 Tknno 10147. Kindly give necessary directions to the concerned to give directions to bmtc bus conductors to accept aadhaar card for senior citizen concession.
