[Resolved]  Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation [BMTC] — forgot to collect change from conductor

Hi,

I forgot to collect change from conductor for ₹ 80. I boarded the bus from sarjapur outer ring road junction to sulikunte, sarjapur road.

I didn't had change for ₹19 so i gave ₹100 and the conductor have mentioned the change of ₹80 in the backside of ticket.

I went to sarjapur bus stop to find the conductor and collect the balance amount but the conductor denied saying that it's not his ticket number.

Kindly guide a way to collect the balance amount.

Can you please trace the baggage and get it back to us

It is a white bag from mart and it consists of mart items shopped
