Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation [BMTC] — gps service not being used by bmtc

Dear sir/madam,
Really appreciate bmtc inititative to enable gps on all buses and tracking it through app. However route number krpmrhbskmtr /ka57 f-1485 is not using gps properly hence tracking of this bus trip is becoming very difficult.

Most of the times, gps is not working in this bus and have informed bus crew several times to use it properly but there is no response from them.

Please advise bus crew to use gps effectively so it will help commuters to use bmtc buses more frequently.

From jigani to bommasandra at 5:15 and 5:30 am Bus not arriving regularly it is difficult for us to reach to work at time, plz take the action asap

Most of the people are travelling from Indra nursing home to banashankari and vice versa on daily basis but there is only one bus for that route while texting I am waiting for 2 hours in banashankari... For my bus
