Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation [BMTC] — Refund my amount

I am writing to request a refund for a duplicate payment made on my journey from Channasandra to BPL.

Due to a network issue, the amount of Rs.12 was debited from my GPay account after I had already purchased the ticket in cash. The conductor issued me a ticket for the cash payment, so I ended up paying twice for the same trip.

I kindly request you to refund Rs. 12 for the GPay transaction at the earliest. refer my attachments for proof.
