Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation [BMTC] — Refund of Overpaid bus ticket fare paid via UPI

I am writing to bring to your attention on accidental overpayment made during bus fare transaction via UPI, Muneshware Devasthana to Singasandra via KA57F5341.

On 7th Jan 2026, I intended to pay 24rs for my bus fare but mistakenly transferred 245 rs via upi.
Below are the details of transaction

Date and time : 7th Jan 2025 at 5:03 PM
Bus route/number: KBS-3a/68, ka57f3184
Transaction id:T2601071704052224469299
Payment method: phonepe app [UPI]
Amount paid : 245 rs
Intended amount : 24 rs

I kindly request your assistance in initiating the transaction refund of 221 rs . i have attached the screenshot of transaction for reference.
