3. As no billing issued, raised multiple complaints in office. Acknowledgment dated: 19th Aug 2016
4. BWSSB engineer visted house and informed my RR no also duplicated to some other connection. Hence no billing generated. Took letter from me. Acknowledment dated: 24th Nov 2016
5. First water bill issued in Oct'21. (Total cumulative water bill: Rs.16675. Delayed payment fine: Rs.12, 341)
6. Raised complaint at A-Narayanapura E12 sub-division for cancellation of fine amount. Acknowledgment dated: 9th Oct 2021
7. As per officer's suggestion, paid only total water bill amount: Rs.16675
8. This complaint is to cancel the fine amount Rs.12, 341, as bill generation was delayed, not payment.
