Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — Complaint about Cauvery water and the Bill

Hi Team,

We have cauvery water connection in our home, and have fixed the meter a year back. We hardly received the water 5-10 times in a year. We receive monthly charges of 135 though no water is coming.
This month (February 2023) we've received the bill amount of Rs.360 wherein S.C charges for borewell is been charged for Rs.150 and other charges of Rs.110.
We don't have borewell at my site and have been charged for that.
We don't even get cauvery water but been charged every month for nothing.
We are just paying our hard earned money for nothing. No water but receive bill every month. Seriously I don't know why the government is in such a lame status. Just taking people's money in some or the other way.
