Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — wrong meter reading

Hi team,

I would like to tell you that the water bill reading which is taken while given the bill is wrong. It's more than usual.

Current meter reading is 1913 but in bill they have mentioned 1931.
Tried to inform the person who gives bill that it's wrong reading but that person replied "no this is how it works"

Are we fools here to listen whatever they say??

I want you to take actions on this. As this is not the first time happening.
