[Resolved] Bank Of Baroda — amount deducted from account neither refunded nor credited beneficiary account | |
I am the customer of your bank since last many years. On 7/04/19 I was making a UPI transaction through PhonePe application of Rs. 16, 800 at 11:48 PM. The transaction went failed at the same time and the amount of Rs 16, 800 has been deducted from my account. Right now I am out of funds and facing lot of problems. Regarding it I had followed all the steps and also speaker BOB Customer Helpline several times. But didn't get any good response. I don't belong to strong financial background. I request you to resolve my issue regarding it asap and beg you to refund my amount asap. I will be very much thankful. I am also attaching screenshot of failed transaction of PHONEPE and my mpassbook of bank.
