Bank Of Baroda — Atm withdrawal wrongly debited | |||||
Dear sir, my self disha mangesh kashimkar i have bob saving a/c no.[protected], and atm card (Debit card) no.[protected] incident is as follow- On dt 09/06/2016 at 19.50 hrs. I had approached bank of india childern park, dharampeth nagpur, maharastra atm, (Atm - id cna8052) for withdrawal of rs.2000/-. I insert atm card but cash not came out and printout received system error pls cont bank. (Copy of atm transction attached.) though i have not withdrawan this rs. 2000/- this amount wrongly debited from my account. Further at 19.51 hrs i again withdrawal rs.2000/- from this atm which i got properly, but my previous transaction of rs.2000/- which had not succeed and wrongly debited rs.2000/- from my account. It is requested to you kindly credited rs, 2000/- in my acccount which had been wrongly debited by atm.
