Dear sir, i have recharged from your debit card at paytm but the recharge was not successful but my balance was deducted. i complained at paytm but i was replied that he did not recieve the balance from bob. i contact toll free no of bob but the executive was not receiving the phone. i am helpless what to do and what not to do. please provide me some information for furthur processor or help me to get my deducted balance. Bank of Baroda customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Feb 07, 2017 Paras Agarwal Ankur's response I booked a ticket from redbus on 23 of january.Payment was debited..ticket not issued Now they are saying ask your bank to refund the amount. Bank people are not listening..
