Dear sir/madam,
With due respect and humble submission I state the following lines before your kind consideration that, I Md. Abrar Hussain having an account in bank of Baroda. I was open the account in[protected] and at the same time I applied for ATM card but I did not received ATM card yet.I visited so many times to the home branch of bank of Baroda but they always used to say 'NEXT WEEK' you will going to receive your ATM card.But till now its almost 3 months finished but I did not get the card.So please help me to come out through this situation as soon as possible. I am hoping that you will come to my help.Please check the following details...

I have not recievd refund from phonepe application after talking with them they provided arn number 74332747069706804931863 through mail refund amount is 1767.16
my card number is[protected]. Refund initiated by phonepe on 2nd march 2017. Bank is telling we dont know abouut arn number we cant help
