Dear sir, My daughter falguni dixit is working with parul university. She want to open salary savings bank account with your limda branch, ta waghodia dist baroda 390013 branch situated in parul university campus. Since last one week she try to open savings bank account for salary purpose, every time branch staff saying that bio-matrix system for aadhar link is not working. She is not able to open an account. I wanted to know that the branch has try to rectify the issue or they have reported to the authority resolve the issue. Simply saying no to customer and not to try for alter net of the system.
