Hi,

Myntra already refund the amount of 1945.82 & 1060.82 from their end. They also provide the refund reference no. But bank customer care not credit the amount till yet into my account. Its happened so many times & i already a complaint to bank against bank customer care, complaint no 683861. Kindly take a strict action. I am filling a charge dispute file against bank. Kindly check the details & refund credit to my account. Kindly take action against bank why it is happen again & again.

I've paid Rs. 758.00 on 5/11/2018 to Amazon.in with my Rupay card, but due to some reason I've canceled the order and requested to refund. The company initiated amount of Rs. 709.00 on 9/11/2018 but have not received in my account yet. So please resolve this issue.
