Respected sir, My online refund of RS 189 is said to be credited by Shopclues on 4th March 2017 they give me reference number of transaction. The refund details are: ShopClues Refund ID 10999872 Refund Reference Number (RRN):[protected]. but it's not credited in my account. I also booked a complaint by mail to Shopclues but after 2 days I get a reply the complaint solved but it's not.
