Bank Of Baroda — refund related problem in bob

Amazon has initiated the refund on 27 and say that
"hello,

Your refund of rs.1910.00 has been processed successfully on[protected]. The amount should reflect in your account by[protected].

The authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is[protected]"
But bank is saying that we have no amount for the same and want 14 business day more but amazon gives me 5 working days.
So please provide the detail of my refund and where it is now and how many days it will take.
