Bank Of Baroda — Submitted complaint not resolved | |||
I have submit my complaint which is not resoved yet. My complaint no:[protected]. 2500 rs debited from my account but it were not added to my freecharge wallet. Freecharge recomend to contact with bank. So i register my compaint with bank. Bank told me that within 40-50 days it will be solved. But it is not solved yet. It is almost 3 month from complaint Was this information helpful? | |||

One Time Password for login to my online banking for bank of baroda is not working. i am not getting the SMS and it is now 2 months.
i have lodged the complaint and instead of helping they are quiet. i do not think this is the service we look forward to.
Since last few weeks i am writing the complaint and mailing them. but no response.

i had lost my ATM card and applied for new ATM card one month ago.but i haven't received my new card yet, visited my branch many times. when i'm calling on BOB office on consumer care number, they are saying that they dispatched my ATM through speed post. now what should i do, when calling on consumer no they are not helping anymore.
