This is in regard to the imps transaction which was wrongly credited to some other account. Source account was of icici bank and destination account was of bank of baroda (Dhaiyawan, branch-up) and the money has been wrongly credited to an account of bank of baroda (Dhaiyawan, branch-up) It has already been 2 months and above, but the process of reversal has still not been initiated. I have tried all the possible ways of getting my money back, but was unsuccessful due to lack of attention and response from the of bank of baroda (Dhaiyawan, branch-up) an indemnity copy has been attached in the mail.
