Respected Sir, I wish to state that I went ATM near Kingmarket, Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh to withdraw money at 18.30 PM on[protected] in my account No [protected]. But without receiving cash I got your action is successfully completed. The same was given as complaint on phone immediately. In this connection I went to the local branch about the issue. But the branch is not giving any satisfactory reply and directing to go and ask the agent who is putting the cash. I am low paid employ and the amount of Rs.2000/- equal to Rs.2.00 lakhs in my case. Though two and half months lapsed I am not justified. Hence I request you to do the justice and the amount may be credited to my account for which I shall be grateful you sir.
