Bank Of India — Amazon gave me reference no but central bank of india is not reflecting my amount

Amazon has given me bank reference no. which meansthats a proof it is the central bank of india fault from there side..whenever amazon refunds my money they always delay my amount..its such an harrasment..complaining again n again with no help
