[Resolved]  Bank Of India — Amazon had refund the money and given me RRN number but not received in my account.

I am Maitrik Kagda. I am from gujarat. My account is in B.O.I. I have been suffering from one problem sinces 14 days, I ordered one phone (Redmi 10 Prime ) from Amazon on[protected] Monday, Due to some reason I cancelled the order on the same day. I had made payment of 7299 Rupees from my Bank Account of B.O.I ( Account Number :- [protected] ) and half of Payment (6700) was deducted from Amazon Pay Wallet. After cancelling the order I got a refund of (6700)in my Amazon Pay Wallet but I didn't get a refund of (7299) in my bank account. I contacted customer service of amazon, they said that they had refunded money in my account. They sent me the RRN NO (Refund Reference Number) which is[protected]. They said to contact the nearest branch of B.O.I and to register the complaint. I went to the bank and filled out the form and also wrote the complaint in a letter on[protected]. Bank staff said to wait for 5 working days for a response. On[protected] we visited the bank again because we didn't get any refund in our account. The manager said that we didn't get any refund from amazon. I am requesting you to refund 7299 as soon as possible. I already waited for more than 14 days for my money and I am not getting any satisfied response from your B.O.I Branch staff and their services. I am writing my Account No and RRN No Below.

I don't know what step was taken.. But I had get my money back in 3 days after submitting complaint. With this complaint I also given complaint to nearest branch of bank. According to me in situation like this.. You need to do consumer complaint and need to do complaint at nearest branch of bank for fast solution. Thanks for solving my problem.
