Bank Of India — Amount deduction from my account

I was at home, suddenly I got message of transaction that “insufficient amount” at fist and in a min I got another message that my amount has been debited on[protected]. I opened my account[protected] and the was happend at[protected], I registered my complaint at BOI NEXT DAY i.e on[protected]. The BOI bank only send some letter and send me to register FIR but in police station they said it’s BOI’s lookout! Still no response till now. (Branch KOPARKHARINE 400709 NAVI MUMBAI NEAR STATION)
