Bank Of India — bank not mapping my aadhaar as they dont know how to update aadhaar for npci

I have two accounts one with BOI and one with Kotak Mahindra. My account with kotak is seeded with NPCI and linked to aadhaar but BOI account is only linked to aadhaar and not mapping with NPCI. The DBT shows me notification that account number not mapped. Ihave several time visited the bank but they decline to take the NPCI form. And today i just peeked into their system when they were checking my linking status it showed that my bank account was not mapped with aadhaar. Please help what to do
