Bank Of India — Charges wrongly debited saying CWDR

Dear Boi,
Rs . 23.60 (total in 3 times i.e Rs. 66 ) debited (TRF) CWDR/030384/E1AWID03/RESP_238, CWDR/031034/E1AWID03/RESP_238, CWDR/008400/S1CWK447/RESP_238 continuously in my ac XX0587 (protected) on 11/05/2021 at 7:05 AM .
As per RBI circular dated 14 August 2019, it is to clarify that transactions which fail on account of technical reasons shall not be counted as valid ATM transactions for the customer . Consequently, no charges therefore shall be levied the charges for financial transaction, even though the transaction has been failed, further it is to clarify that in this month only one valid financial transactions have been done by me at ATM, as i always check through balance enquiry toll free number .

Request you to look into the above issue at the earliest and revert me back my charges .
