Respected sir, I beg to state before you that on dated 26/09/2018 i received a payment voucher no: pv noer-7144 dispatched by economic community of west african states (Ecowas) which is checked and passed for payment amounting to value worth us $ 7, 400036.00 for the receiving bank named as bank of india; ifsc code: bkid0005413 micr code:[protected] on debit account number [protected] and the concerned bank did not take any step yet till today. That the forex allocation no: ebid 91145/5/04 which is passed and approved by accountant general lome under the contract no: 461/ams/18-98/ecowas with this circumtances. Therefore i request before you that on going through the basic fundamentals being with the procedure followed by rbi please be pleased to issue a favourable order of clearance in favour of the claimant and inform me in this regard so i shall be highly grateful to you. I have been refunded an amount of 765 by ixigo in my account but I have not received the amount in my account yet.

I visited the dhandhuka branch 2 3 times in last 10 days but in branch premise, there was no air conditions working and also fans are not in working.customers are not able to stay 10 minutes in branch because of suffocation and heat, so i am requesting you to solve this issue for better customer service
