Bank Of India — connection problem for net banking

I tried accessing the star token app on[protected]. But due to some server connection problem i was not able to access star token app. I sent an email on the same day to support star token of bank of india with required details such as account no, details of home branch and screen shot. I received an email from chief manager /boi star token stating that please refer to the trail mail, resolve/guide/ do the needful as applicable. But i have not received any guide to resolve the issue. Once again i sent an email to support token stating that: we can't find any solution/ guide attached with your previous email or any other information in regards with our issue. Could you please help us with your technical team through a mobile call.. But till date[protected] i have not received any solution guide/ phone call to resolve the issue. I am not able to operate my account through net banking.
