Bank Of India — google pay error due to bank server down

I have an account in bank of india.
I recently started using google pay.
But, after logging in, i tells me that i can't make any payments because bank server is down.
So, i am not able to make any payment because of the bank server.
The bank server is always down.
I am unable to use any of the online payment applications
Help me to get out of this.

Kuch din se mera atm thik se Kam Nehi kar Raha Hein. Pin number dene se bhi vo wrong pin bol Raha Hein plz help me turant
