Payment Transaction with transaction reference number 30001071957194106141246 has been done before one month but yet amount is not added to my bank account number [protected] at jamia nagar, new delhi branch.

Dear sir/madam
I am unable to do to ant banking transactions since last 16 years as my log in pass word as well txn pass word locked, i submitted twice acknowledgement to mulund east branch in two weeks but so far it is not unlocked, finance minister/prime minister encouraging for on line transaction where as banking staff opposing for that.for one simple unlocking it takes unlimited time, also i had gone to concern bank foe asking them, one lady manager given simple but arrogant reply that wait for another 15 days, in another case i approach to concern lady staff for staff payment request with application but that lady given me reply i can not do any thing for this, i was laughing what a staff recruited in bank not knowing even how to make stop payment, then one good gentleman Mr.gadakari from bank of india mulund east branch he did this work with in a minute.for all this banks union are responsible.high payment.high monthly pension.lot of investment every where.luxurious life. nos of holidays, this perhaps heaven for banking staff, then what about work efficiency not even worth of Rs 1000/=p.m.salary.they behave with customer like they are doing favour on customer.
At least read this & start my on line internet before you retire.
