[Resolved] Bank Of India — online refund not received

This is regarding Refund transactions made on 29 june 2018 with Reference No :75260828181021036643334 from Amazon to my BOI Account . The Transactions is not reflecting in the bank account Kindly look into the issued and ressolve with concerns.
Im ordered the Redmi Y2 mobile from Amazon.in app on date 19 june 2018 and mobile was default piece so im return this product (redmi y2) to amazon on date 29 june 2018 . im not recived the refund

मुझे अभी तक के मेरे वापसी refund नहीं मिला है।
क्रुपया करके मेरी सहायता करिये मुझे कहा गया था कि आपकी वापसी refund आपको 3 से 5 दिन में मिल जाएगी अभी 6 दिन हो चुके हैं अभी तक की मुझे मेरी वापसी नहीं मिले उन्होंने मुझे एक रेफरन्स नंबर दिया था वह इस प्रकार है 75260828181021036643334 क्रुपया मेरी मदत किजिये मै एक मिडल क्लास् परिवार से हु ।
