Hello sir/ madam, I have booked my ticket online through irctc account from danapur (Patna) to pune junction in sl for 17 march, 2020. I have paid my amount through upi (Phonepay). My transcation id is:ptm20200312086624861886202003121008. (Upi ref no[protected]. Transaction date: 12 march, 2020 My amount get deducted but ticket get not booked. I have also got message from bank of india about my deducted or debited amount. So pls i request you to refund my deducted amount as soon as possible because i have to further book my ticket. I mavuri naga surya lakshmi have credit card in your dommeru branch 8662 my card no[protected] its not working last one month please solove the problem sir last month already paid credit amount but february month card not working so i am suffred for shopping so kindly solove this problem as early as possible
