Bank Of India — Receiving text messages from Bank of India

I am receiving messages from VM-BOIIND stating Baid the amount is debited to your account from ATM however I don't have any account with this bank seems to be off road request you to look into this as it is very very sensitive and Critical
The account number appears is xx2245
I even tried calling the Bank of India customer care but always it comes busy and I also tried calling at few of the branches but no one is picking up the phone if this issue is not sorted then I would have to report this to my nearby police station and escalate this matter and shop this is taken into consideration and immediate action is taken

my complain is that my branch is not providing me the atm and they are telling me that my atm card issue is handled by jan dhan yojna and the delay is from there .my account opening date is 27th january 2016
