Bank Of India — refund amount from irctc not received in my account

I had booked tickets from irctc, and then i recived a mail from irctc saying the amount is refunded to bank, banks may take 7 to 9 days to process the amount in your account but now it has been more than 15 days i have not received my money back in my account.

I need to receive 2 transactions refund amount.
Transaction ID / Refund ID : [protected], [protected]

For this 2 transactions i need to receive the amount in my account.

In this bank there are two broker who helped by manager (Alok Ranjan Raj from sitamarhi ) always to passing loan frodly .

Last night at 7.30 i wanted to debit 4400 in sbi atm machine through my boi atm card...bt atm machine show time out..bt i found my 4400 deducted...then i check my mini statement...in that statement i found i.e 4400 is dcwdr ...i did nt understand
anything.. what is going on ??pls kindly help me
