Bank Of India — refund amount not credited to my bank account

Sir,
I have booked tatkal train ticket on 16/03/2019 but it is waiting list. So i cancelled it on 18/03/2019 from silchar to new halflong but my refund amount rs. 560/- is not settle in my bank account.
I want my refund as soon as possible.
Details of refund (As intimated by irctc by mail) given below:-
