[Resolved]  Bank Of India — Refund doesn't credited in my account

I have ordered a phone (redmi 10 prime) with exchange an other phone on 12nov 2021 and paid 8549 rupees, later the exchange phone got rejected so my product is return to the seller, then amazon told me refund has initiated on 15 november,
